Housing for the 2008 National Conference may be booked only AFTER registration for the National Conference has been completed. You must have the invoice number from your registration confirmation email in order to proceed to reserve a room (NOTE: The registration confirmation email will be received 24 business hours following submission of your registration).
Reservations for hotels within the NACAC block must be made through the housing bureau in order to guarantee the NACAC rates. NACAC is unable to move reservation made outside the block into the block or to adjust the room rates quoted by the hotels directly. Only one reservation is allowed per registrant.
- Acknowledgements of your reservation request will be sent after each reservation form is received and processed, as well as each time a reservation is modified/changed and/or cancelled. For online processing, acknowledgement is immediate. For faxed/mailed forms, acknowledgements will be sent within three to five business days of completion of processing.
- Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability may be limited at hotels.
- All reservations require a credit card guarantee and may be charged one night's room rate and tax (currently 15.6 percent - subject to change without notice).
- NACAC discounted room rates are available September 21-30, 2008, subject to availability.
- Reservations must be received on or before Friday, August 29, 2008 by 5:00 p.m. EDT to received the NACAC discounted rates.

Air Travel and Ground Transportation
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or SEA-TAC is serviced by 23 airlines, with non-stop flights to and from 71 domestic and 13 international cities daily. SEA-TAC is located approximately 30 minutes from NACAC’s participating hotels. NACAC is not offering partnerships for discounted airline rates for the 2008 National Conference.
- Taxi Cabs - Taxis, as well as sedans, station wagons and large vans are available on the third floor of the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Parking Garage. Call 206/246-9999 or use the curbside phones located at the Baggage Claim Level. The cost for a taxi is approximately $33 one-way.
- Gray Line Downtown Airporter - Downtown Airporter by Gray Line serves the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport and is located on the Baggage Claim Level via Door 00. The shuttle departs twice an hour from 5:30 a.m.-11:00 p.m., with service to and from major downtown Seattle hotels. Call 206/626-6088 or 800/426-7532 for more information and advance reservations. The cost is approximately $10.25 one-way or $17 round trip. Rates are subject to change without notice.
NACAC is not offering a shuttle from the airport to NACAC’s participating hotels.
