Counselors' College Fair Refreshments
Held on the most highly-attended day of the conference, the Counselors' College Fair is expected to draw over 2,000 secondary counselors in 2008.  Attendess include counselors from across the nation, as well as many local Seattle area counselors.  Provide coffee, water and soda stations to participants who will greatly appreciate the refreshments.  Sponsor will be recognized on signage at the entrance to the fair, at refreshment stations and on programs distributed to attendees upon entry to the fair.

Hotel Keycards
Designed to include NACAC and the sponsor's logo on each keycard, the keycards provide a unique opportunity to capture the attention of our conference audience and -- with the inclusion of a company tagline or messaging to include the sponsor's booth number -- an opportunity to drive traffic to the sponsor's booth. Typically viewed up to six times per day, the keycard provides frequent market exposure and also a lasting impression as the card often becomes a souvenir.

Internet Cafe
In proximity to the NACAC booth in the Exhibit Hall, the Internet Cafe is one of the most popular and highly used services for conference participants.  Attendees are able to check their email in order to stay in contact with their offices while away.  Sponsorship of the Internet Cafe offers high visibility to all attendees.  This year there will be 40 terminals to accommodate the number of expected attendees.  This sponsorship opportunity is offered as one exclusive sponsorship or two sponsorships of 20 terminals each.

Professional Development Hospitality
Preconference attendees arrive one day prior to the “official” opening of the conference to take advantage of special programming.  Treat this audience of approximately 200 college admission counseling professionals to a boxed lunch to enjoy as they participate in the informative preconference workshops.

Relaxation Station
Receive positive exposure to attendees visiting the Exhibit Hall through support of the massage therapy station.  Designed to reenergize conference attendees while they visit the exhibit floor, the relaxation station will be housed in proximity to the sponsor’s booth, thereby generating additional exposure to the sponsor.  Conference registrants will receive a Relaxation Station ticket, to include the sponsor’s logo, in their conference tote bags.  Attendees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis as available.

Shuttles
For the convenience of our conference attendees, NACAC will offer shuttle service between various conference hotels and the convention center each day of the conference.  Conference attendees are sure to appreciate the convenience the shuttle service offers, thus positively associating the sponsor of the shuttles with the NACAC conference.  Branding opportunities include placement of sponsor banner signage on the passenger entry side of each all-day bus and placement of sponsor’s logo on route flyers and lobby signage.

Student Essay Scholarship Competition
As part of NACAC’s tradition of giving back to the community in the host conference city, NACAC conducts a sponsored essay contest for high school juniors and seniors in the Seattle area.  The supporting sponsor(s) will have the opportunity for visibility during the presentation of the scholarship awards.  With early commitment, the sponsor will also be recognized on the application form for distribution to Seattle area high schools.  With hopes to expand our outreach to target underrepresented students and to increase the number and amount of the awards, NACAC seeks sponsorship from multiple sponsors.

Welcome Reception
This opening event on Thursday evening, September 25, provides a warm welcome to the more than 5,000 college admission counseling professionals who will attend NACAC's 64th National Conference.  With plenty of fun and food, attendees will enjoy this opportuntiy to renew old acquaintances while also establising new ones.  Sponsorship offers conference-wide exposure and positive association with an event serving to energize our attendees as they kick-off a conference rich in programming and networking opportunties.

Counselors' Preview Day Lunch

Show your support for local and new counselors through sponsorship of NACAC's Counselors' Preview Day.  This event is held on Friday and designed to engage counselors from the Seattle area as well as new counselor members to maximize their conference experience.  Those who attend will have the opportunity to meet NACAC leaders and other counseling colleagues.  Sponsorship of this event offers exposure to the more than 100 counselors who traditionally attend this event.
