2008 Prospective Exhibitors

Exhibit Information for Prospective Exhibitors 

Take advantage of this opportunity to increase your company’s visibility and one-on-one contact with your target market, generate leads and move potential buyers to action. Exposure at the NACAC National Conference, through exhibiting, sponsorship, advertising, and networking provides unparalleled contact with secondary and postsecondary professionals in the college admission counseling market.

The application process is simple:

  1. Review the details below or the 2008 Exhibitor Prospectus for the exciting opportunities for exhibitors at the NACAC National Conference in Seattle.
  2. Review the current floor plan for booth availability and cost.
  3. Complete (in full) and return the 2008 Application for Exhibit Space along with your requests for space and a $600 per 10' x 10' space deposit.

The NACAC conference team will review your application and contact you with questions or your booth assignment on the floor. It's that simple!

Exhibit Pricing and What's Included

The exhibit floor is designed in 10’ x 10’ booth configurations.

2008 NACAC Conference Exhibit Pricing
Premium Booth - $1,750.00*
Corner Booth - $1,550.00*
In-line Booth - $1,350.00*
*Per 10' x 10' space

 

What’s included with your booth (*per 10’ x 10’ space):

  • Two complimentary registrations for staff.* (Additional personnel may register for the conference at the exhibitor registration rate of $260 per person before July 11, 2008; $285 between July 12 and August 14, 2008; and $310 after August 15, 2008.)
  • Two complimentary tickets to the Saturday Evening Social.*
  • Complimentary listing in the Registration Book (when you register by February 28, 2008) and the Program Book (register by July 11, 2008) distributed to all attendees.
  • Complimentary company listing and information (including a link to company’s Web site) on the conference Web site.
  • Pipe and drape for booth outline and exhibitor identification sign.

What isn’t included with your booth (**must be purchased by exhibitor directly from NACAC's approved suppliers, as desired):

*A sample of the final mailing piece is required before list will be emailed.

Exhibitor Presentations

Exhibitor Presentations will offer exhibitors the time and space to present in-depth product and service demonstrations.  A limited number of 45-minute slots are available.  Presentation slots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  Each 45-minute presentation received before July 11, 2008 will be listed in the conference Program Book (unless notified otherwise by the exhibitor).  A sign featuring your company’s name will also be posted outside the room. 

Who can participate?
Exhibitors who have registered for a minimum of one booth at the 2008 National Conference may apply for one presentation opportunity.  The fee is $2,500.

What is the format?
Exhibitor Presentations are to be used for technical demonstrations and/or information presentations and should not be considered social opportunities.

  • Exhibitors may reserve only one 45-minute time slot. 
  • Exhibitors may provide refreshments for participants for a separate fee.

How will the rooms be set?
Exhibitor presentations will be held in the exhibit hall during show hours. The area will be set theater style for at least 75 people and will include a head table, podium, microphone, LCD projector, and screen. Exhibitors must provide their own computers. Additional audio/visual requirements, including Internet access, must be arranged (by the exhibitor) through the conference audio/visual supplier.

Where and when will the presentations be offered?
Space on the exhibit floor that can accommodate at least 75 participants will be offered at the 2008 National Conference. Should additional space be required, NACAC will assign meeting room spaces accordingly.
NACAC reserves the right to reject requests for exhibitor presentations on such factors as questionable business practices, having a mission conflict with NACAC or detracting from the conference’s general character.
