Host Hotel:
All room reservations should be placed in conjunction with your NACAC National Conference rooming reservations. If you are not participating in the National Conference, but are attending the National College Fair, please email Krista Lundberg so that room reservations can be made for you or your staff member.

Loading/Unloading:
The loading/unloading entrance to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center is the area referred to as the “South Hand Carried Freight/Small Vehicle Delivery.” South Hand Carried Freight is located on aisle “G” of the main garage. Maximum height is 6’5”. Specific hours of operation will be posted.

Material Handling Charge:*
Cost is $34.20 per carton, minimum of 2 cartons, or $68.40. Make check payable to: GES Exposition Services. Please contact GES Exposition Services directly to arrange shipping.
*Rates are subject to change. Contact GES Exposition Services for current rates. The Washington State Convention and Trade Center will not accept any exhibitor packages for the Seattle National College Fair. All materials must be sent to GES.
Shipping Deadline: All materials must be received between August 29, 2008 - September 24, 2008.

If your organization is exhibiting at both the Counselors College Fair (Friday, September 26) AND the Seattle National College Fair (Sunday, September 28 and Monday, September 29), your organization must remove ALL materials on Friday from the CCF and reset them in the NCF hall on Sunday. Any materials left in the CCF hall will be discarded.
