Exhibitors at select fairs will be able to use pocket sized laser scanners to gather student's personal information by scanning the bar code obtained from the students on-line registration. Student information will be sent to exhibitors in electronic format, enabling them to to follow up with prospective students faster, easier and more accurately.

Shipping is $54.60 per 100 lbs. (minimum charge is $109.20). Payment must be received in advance, either by check, purchase order, or credit card.

For direct shipping to show site:
Shipping is $59.00 per 100 lbs. (minimum charge is $118.00). You must designate your shipments for arrivals during exhibitor set-up date only and label your materials “In Care of Vista South Convention Services.”
