Federal Student Aid (FSA) will host a suite of instructor-led, online training sessions on the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan (DL) Program. The webinar training suite consists of six different 90-minute sessions related to key aspects of DL processing. First offered in fall 2009, the entire webinar suite will be offered during five different weeks, starting in January 2010 and continuing through February 2010. There is no cost to participate in the webinar suite.
The Direct Loan webinar training suite consists of the following sessions:
- Direct Loan Processing in COD for New Participants
- Direct Loan Programmatic Primer
- Direct Loan Systems Primer
- Direct Loan Reconciliation
- Direct Loan Tools
- Direct Loan Reports
The training weeks are as follows:
- Week 1 - January 26-28, 2010
- Week 2 - February 2-4, 2010
- Week 3 - February 9-11, 2010
- Week 4 - February 16-18, 2010
- Week 5 - February 23-25, 2010
