What is Critical Components?
Critical Components is a professional development program unlike any you’ve ever attended. Using a collaborative approach, it moves well beyond the basics to tackle the most disruptive issues faced by students in the college admission process. Attendees will receive tangible solutions to make an immediate impact in their school, practice or community.
For whom is the program intended?
Although Critical Components is designed for school counselors; independent educational consultants; school-based college and career center staff; members of college access and TRIO-funded programs, and community-based organizations (CBOs), the conference is applicable to anyone who shepherds students through the college admission process. Given the diverse array of attendees, networking serves as a core element of the program.
