Last spring, NACAC commissioned a survey of school counselors and admission professionals to study the effects of the economy on the 2008-2009 admission process. This summer, the association followed up with a second survey designed to gauge the economy's impact on final enrollment decisions and trends. The results of both surveys were reported at NACAC’s 65th National Conference in Baltimore in an Educational Session sponsored jointly by the Current Trends and Future Issues and Admission Practices committees. This Webinar will build on the discussion begun in Baltimore. The panel will explore the ethical implications of student and institutional behavior as families seek appropriate educational and financial matches and colleges strive to meet enrollment goals.
