During the time reserved for your meeting, there are no room rental charges for the use of the meeting space other than those associated with catering and/or AV you may require. NACAC will provide the Renaissance Grand and our exclusive AV company, IEP-MPG, with your contact information; however, you will need to coordinate directly with the following individuals should you require catering or AV for your event:

To assist you in preparing your catering, the Renaissance Grand Hotel menus and pricing may be found at
Renaissance Grand Hotel Menus. Kristin will also help coordinate Internet and/or phone lines for your meeting, if necessary. All other AV needs must be coordinated with the Audiovisual provider listed below.
Catering Payment: You must complete and submit a credit card authorization form for payment of catering orders. Kristin will provide you with the appropriate electronic form to complete and return.
Catering Process: Once you contact Kristin, you will be asked to complete a series of steps to ensure your event runs smoothly:
- Read, sign and return a copy of the Renaissance Hotels Space Usage Agreement that Kristin provides. Note the cancellation section, which requires you to notify NACAC upon your decision to cancel your event if you no longer need or intend to use the assigned space.
- Complete and submit the Catering Payment form online.
- Select menus and notify Kristin of your choices. Kristin can also help design menus specific to your event and offer advice as to which items might be most appropriate for your event.
- Read, sign and return a copy of the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) provided by Kristin. Note: you must submit guarantees for your event to Kristin no less than 72 business hours before your event.

NACAC Mailing List Requests: If you are interested in purchasing a mailing list of NACAC National Conference attendees, print, complete and return the
NACAC Mailing List Request Form. Payment and a sample copy of the mailer must be included. Lists will be emailed during the week of August 16 and will include registrants through August 13. Note: Lists include mailing contact information only (no emails), and NACAC must approve a final copy of the mailer prior to sending the list.
