The cornerstone of NACAC’s national conference, the educational sessions offer a wealth of information to NACAC members in attendance.  Sponsorship of this initiative would allow NACAC to provide access to this valuable information (in the form of digitally-merged audio and video downloads) following the conference to our attendees, as well as to those who were unable to attend.  Sponsor’s support would be recognized on marketing materials and signage promoting the new service and in conjunction with the downloadable files from designated Web site.

Exhibit Hall Refreshment Breaks

Shuttle Service
For the convenience of our conference attendees, NACAC will offer shuttle service between various conference hotels and the convention center each day of the conference.  Attendees are sure to appreciate the convenience the shuttle service offers, thus positively associating the sponsor of the shuttles with the NACAC conference.  Branding opportunities include placement of sponsor banner signage on the passenger entry side of each all-day bus and placement of sponsor's logo on marketing materials and signage promoting the service.

Counselors’ College Fair Hospitality
Held on the most highly-attended day of the conference, the Counselor’s College Fair is expected to draw over 2,000 secondary counselors in 2010. Attendees include counselors from across the nation as well as many local St. Louis area counselors. Provide coffee, water and  soda stations to participants who will greatly appreciate this sponsorship choice.  Sponsor will be recognized on signage at the entrance to the fair, at refreshment stations and on programs distributed to attendees upon entry to this event.

Hotel Keycards
Designed to include the sponsor’s logo on the back of each keycard (and NACAC’s logo and sponsor recognition line on the front), the keycards provide a unique opportunity to capture the attention of our conference audience and—with with the inclusion of a company tagline or messaging to include the sponsor’s booth number—an  opportunity to drive traffic to the sponsor’s booth. Typically viewed up to six times per day, the key card provides frequent market exposure and a lasting impression as the card often becomes a souvenir.

Strategically placed in various areas of the convention center, the recharge stations will allow those in attendance to quickly charge their multimedia devices including laptops, cell phones and other gadgets, so their connection to life outside of the conference remains uninterrupted. Relaxation Station
Receive positive exposure to attendees visiting the Exhibit Hall through support of the massage therapy station, designed to reenergize conference attendees while they visit the Exhibit floor. Water Bottles
Keeping with our efforts to deliver a “green” conference and considering the demand for water on-site, NACAC would provide each conference attendee with a plastic bike bottle to be imprinted with sponsor’s logo and distributed upon registration. Sponsor would also be recognized on signage posted at water stations placed throughout the convention center for the convenience of attendees in refilling their supply. Chief Enrollment Officers’ Forum (CHIEF) Preconference Program
CHIEF provides a unique opportunity for collegial discussion and insight into the issues and ideas relevant to enrollment officers. The workshop, held one day prior to the official conference opening, also offers attendees the chance for small group discussion and networking. The supporting sponsor would be given the opportunity to participate in the programming, display company literature and address this group of approximately 75 influential leaders at the beginning of scheduled programming.

Designed to drive traffic to our exhibit hall, the treasure map sends conference attendees on a scavenger hunt throughout the exhibit floor in search of various clues, all the while encouraging them to spend quality time speaking with exhibitors and their colleagues in order to successfully collect the correct answers earning them the chance to win a free 2011 conference registration.  All treasure maps would be branded with sponsoring company’s logo and booth location information.
