Approval Process
NACAC holds the integrity of our conference, collateral and conference vendors in very high regard. In order to maintain this level of excellence, each new exhibitor must be approved. The New Exhibitor Information section on the Application for Exhibit Space should be sufficient to determine validity for the show, but additional information may be requested. NACAC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company to exhibit, present or advertise.
If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor at the NACAC National Conference and have not exhibited in the past, you should follow these three steps:
Step 1. Download the exhibit application and review both pages of the document. You will need to send back both to apply for space.
Make sure to look at the bottom right hand corner, as you will have to submit the following information about your company, along with the application:
- What is your official business name?
- How long has your company been in business?
- Are you the main contact for representing your company as an exhibitor?
- What student program/s is your company offering?
- What is your focus/purpose for exhibiting in our Conference?
- What is the goal your company wants to attain from exhibiting?
- What products will your company be offering?
- Does your company have a Web site? If so, what is the address?
- Does your company have an Executive or Managing Board? If so, list the names and affiliations of all Board members.
Step 2. Review the Online Exhibit Hall Floor Plan to decide which space is the best one for your company's goals. The white filled booths are available, and the green filled booths have been sold. The prices are indicated by the booth outline color. Make sure to scroll over the booths near your preferences to see which what companies will be around you. You can also look at the Exhibitor List to see where other companies have booked.
Step 3. Send in your application, including the answers to the above questions, with up to five booth preferences.
Upon receipt of your application and the questions listed above, the conference team will review your application and contact you with any questions. If your application is deemed to be a good fit for the conference, then you will be contacted with your status.
