Recommend Arrival Time - no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29.
When booking your flights, be sure to give yourself ample time to completely carpet, build and assemble your booth by 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29.
Recommended Departure Time - any time on Sunday, October 3.
Please remember that you may not dismantle your booth until 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 2. You may want to schedule your flight for Sunday, October 3 so you can network with attendees at the conference social on Saturday evening.
Housing
Housing will open in March, 2010.
You must register to book housing within the NACAC block. NACAC is finalizing rates with the hotels in St. Louis. This page will be updated as soon as information is available.
