Exhibitor Presentations
Increase your impact… Exhibitor presentations allow you to spend a 45-minute block of time with interested attendees to present an in-depth demonstration of your program, product or service. Use this opportunity to explain how you can help the attendee accomplish their goals. Build your session as an educational opportunity for the attendee, then mail a promotion for your session with the purchase of a pre-show mailing list. You could get life-long customers for the effort!

Includes: Signage, Head table, Podium, Microphone, LCD projector, and Screen

Exhibitor Presentations offer exhibitors the time and space to present in-depth product and service demonstrations. This opportunity should be used for technical demonstrations and/or information presentations and should not be considered social opportunities. Exhibitors may reserve only one 45-minute time slot for a fee of $2,500. Exhibitors may provide refreshments for a separate fee.

The schedule will be sent to all presenting companies, and selections will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Each description received by June 25, 2010 will be listed in the conference Program Book (unless notified otherwise by the exhibitor).

A sign featuring your company’s name and the session title will be posted outside the classroom, which will be built on the exhibit floor. Sessions will take place during show hours. The area will include a theatre set for 75, a head table, podium, microphone, LCD projector,
and screen. Exhibitors must provide their own computers. Additional audiovisual requirements, including Internet access, must be arranged (by the exhibitor) through the conference audiovisual supplier.
