Location of Exhibits
The NACAC Exhibit Hall will be located in Halls 4 and 5 on Level 1 of the America's Center, St. Louis, Missouri.
Exhibit Hall Hours
Thursday, September 30
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
3:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Welcome Reception on the Floor – 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Friday, October 1
8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 2
9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Exhibit Hall Move-In
Wednesday, September 29
8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exhibitors must have their booths fully carpeted, built and assembled no later than 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, 2010. All crates will be removed from the hall prior to Thursday morning.
Thursday, September 30
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Exhibitors will be allowed into the hall to put finishing touches on their booths; however, all crates will be removed from the hall prior to this - only minor adjustments will be allowed.
Exhibit Hall Move-Out
Saturday, October 2
12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
As a consideration to NACAC attendees and your fellow exhibitors,
no exhibit dismantling or removal may begin until official exhibit hours
have ended at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 2, 2010. NACAC
reserves the right to deduct exhibitor priority points from a company’s
total for violating these rules.
As a planning tip - when booking your return flight, make sure to give yourself adequate time to break down your booth - or leave on Sunday and join us for the closing Social! Take this time to network and catch up with your customers and friends in a more relaxed setting!
