What happens at the CCF?

Admission officers showcase their marketing materials, such as applications, college guidebooks, institutional profiles, and view books to college and high school advisors who, in turn, promote the institutions and programs to parents and students when they return to their respective communities.

When and where is the CCF?

The fair is scheduled for Friday, October 1 in the America's Center in St. Louis. Attendance to the fair is open to all officially-registered national conference registrants.

Who can exhibit at the CCF?

Exhibit space is available only to regionally accredited colleges and universities registered for the CCF. High schools, independent counselors, organizations, and gap-year or other providers cannot exhibit. There are no exceptions to this policy. One table is provided. Staff working the booth must also be registered attendees of the national conference. Registration to exhibit at the CCF is required with an additional registration fee and is separate from registering for the conference.

CCF Exhibitors are required to adhere to established NACAC guidelines:

  • Arrive on time for the fair, and staff your booth during fair hours.
  • Stay for the entire program. NACAC will follow up with schools that are no-shows.
  • Dress to best represent your school, and wear identification with either your name or institution name.
  • Recruitment and distribution of literature is restricted to the parameters of the booth.  Representatives must remain behind their booth or within its parameters when speaking to attendees.
  • Audiovisual equipment is not permitted.
  • Table displays cannot exceed 20” in height.
  • Floor displays which obstruct the view of adjacent booths will not be permitted.
  • Keep the aisles clear of boxes and materials.
  • Booth tables must remain in direct alignment with all others in the assigned row. Tables may not be realigned to a different traffic pattern or impede intended traffic flow.

Accredited colleges and universities must register and pay the registration fee specifically for space at the CCF (attendee registration for the conference itself does NOT automatically register your institution for a booth). Personnel working the booth must be registered attendees of the national conference.
