Member Registration: $475

Registration for GWI includes all of the following:
- All Keynote and Educational Breakout Sessions beginning Monday at 8:00 a.m.
- Evening reception on Sunday. Breakfast, lunch and breaks on Monday and Tuesday (optional “pay on your own” networking dinners will be arranged each evening).
- Handout materials and resources to take away and implement in your office immediately
Form of Payment: Full payment of the registration fees indicated must accompany the form and must be received at the NACAC office by close of business (4:30 p.m. EDT) on Thursday, July 28, 2011. Fees are payable by credit card online and faxed registration form. Credit card payments will appear as NACAC on your billing statement. NACAC will accept registrations by fax only for participants wishing to pay by credit card. All applicable fees and costs for GWI must be paid in full at the time of registration. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Cancelations and Substitutions: Requests must be submitted in writing. GWI refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. To receive a full refund (less processing fee), cancelations must be received on or before June 6. A 50 percent refund (less processing fee) will be processed if request is received between June 7 and July 5. No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after July 6 or for no shows.
Housing
GWI participants stay at the Doubletree Hotel. Reservations and housing costs are the responsibility of each participant. NACAC recommends that registrants wait for receipt of the email confirmation before making travel arrangements.

Travel Discount
NACAC has partnered with American Airlines to provide attendees a 5% discount for travel to and from GWI through Chicago O’Hare (ORD). The valid travel dates for this discount are July 26 – August 8, 2011.
