Registration 

Select only one of the following methods to register for the 2009 GWI:

1)    Online : Internet registration is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Reservations made online will receive an immediate confirmation.

2)      Fax*: Download the registration form as a .pdf ( credit card information must be provided). 703/373-2372 (FAX)

3)      Mail*: Download the registration form as a .pdf (credit card information or check must be included).

Registration Rates

Member Registration: $475
Nonmember: $ 575
Applying for voting membership: $535
Applying for nonvoting membership: $565

Registration for GWI includes all of the following:

• All keynote and Educational Breakout Sessions beginning Tuesday at 1:00 p.m.
• Tuesday refreshment break and keynote dinner
• Wednesday breakfast, breaks and luncheon
• Thursday breakfast, break and luncheon

Cancelation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing. GWI refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. To receive a full refund (less processing fee), cancelations must be received on or before June 7. A 50% refund (less processing fee) will be processed if request is received between June 7 and June 28. No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after June 29 or for no shows.

Housing

GWI participants stay at the Hyatt at Fisherman’s Wharf (555 North Point Street; San Francisco, CA 94133). Housing reservations for GWI may be made:

2)      By Phone at 800/233-1234. Reference NACAC in order to get the special group rate.

Reservations must be received by July 7, 2009 in order to guarantee the group rate.

Special Rate for rooms in the NACAC block: $195 single/double plus 14% occupancy tax & $ 0.13 CA Tourism Tax per night.
