Set-up Hours:
Friday, April 16, 2010
7:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m.
Transportation, Directions, and Parking: Exhibitors will be directed to park in lots A or C. Parking spaces are first come, first serve. Once lots A and C reach capacity, cars will be directed to Event Parking in Green Lots D3 & D4-Redskins Road.
Loading/Unloading:
Exhibitors will be directed to the loading dock during the times specified. Exhibitors will be instructed to unload and return to move their vehicles to lots A or C. Parking in the loading area is prohibited. Vehicles parked in the loading area will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense.
Electrical Service:
Electric/Internet request forms will be supplied and handled directly by Sports and Learning Complex. For on-site orders, exhibitors will be referred to Sports and Learning.
