Student Registration: 
Online student registration is highly encouraged for this College Fair!
Requesting information from multiple colleges/universities at this College Fair just got a whole lot easier. Students who register and bring their barcoded printout with them to the Fair will not have to fill out information cards on site! Free parking is available in designated areas at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center for those who will be driving to the fair. Respect all posted fire lane restrictions.
Loading/Unloading:
Use the Perry Parkway entrance across the street from the Hilton. The loading area will be open prior to the start of exhibitor set-up.
Recycling Program:
The Montgomery County Recycling Program requires exhibitors to use the recycling dumpster for: mixed/sorted papers, commingled containers and cardboard boxes (flattened). There will be a $75 charge per
exhibitor if this program is not implemented.

Electrical service is available at the Montgomery County Agricultural Center; however you are responsible for supplying your own extension cord and/or powerstrip (110 volt/15 amp maximum).
