Student Registration: 
Students who register and bring their barcode printout with them to the Fair will not have to fill out information cards on site! Registration will be available on-site but avoid the long lines and register online before you arrive. REGISTER NOW!

The loading dock is located on 3rd Street, between Market and Jefferson Streets, adjacent to the Cascade Ballroom. Exhibitors wishing to use a ramp should take the lower level dock to the freight elevator which will go directly to the Cascade Ballroom.

Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $50 per 100lbs with a 200lb minimum. Advance shipments will be received for storage at the warehouse up to 30 days before the show. If you have questions concerning freight, contact Angie Wilmer from Party Time Rental Event and Expo at 317/536-2022.
