Exhibitors park for free during move-in and move-out. During show hours, parking is $5 per day.

Use the main entrance off of New Road. Once in the parking lot, proceed straight until you see roll-up door A on your right.

Material Handling Charge:*
Shipping is $45 per carton (minimum charge is $90). Exception: shipments of items other than cartons are subject to the policies,
procedures, and fees as described in the material handling/drayage forms to be sent by Demers Exposition Services. Payment must be received in advance (check, P.O. or credit card). Contact the decorator to
arrange shipping. Indicate the carrier so the shipment can be tracked. Materials shipped to the authorized shipping address will be delivered to your booth.
