Refer to the George Fern Company exhibitor packet for deadline dates, material handling information, transportation, and any additional equipment orders. Make checks payable to George Fern Company. Indicate the carrier (i.e. UPS, Federal Express, etc.), so that shipment may be tracked. Materials shipped to the authorized shipping address
will be delivered to your booth.

Shipping Deadline: All materials must be received by Friday,
March 19, 2010. Shipsments received after this date will be charged the off-target rates that will be outlined in the exhibitor service kit you will receive from the George Fern Company.
