Loading/Unloading:
Exhibitors may drive directly on the exhibit floor using the East 1 Loading Dock, which is accessible from Seaport Boulevard. The unpacking, assembling, dismantling, etc. may be done by fulltime employees of an exhibiting company. The use of fork trucks, pallet jacks, or lift gates are permitted only by personnel of Freeman.

Shipping Deadline: Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 26, 2010. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
