Welcome to the newly redesigned NACAC Web site. As the preeminent provider of information related to the college transition process—from admission data, membership contacts, information on college fairs and the current state of college admission—we hope you will find the resources you need during your visit.
Visitors to the site will notice the following improvements:
- More robust search feature: Search NACAC’s collected data for admission topics that range from college prep guides for students to career opportunities for counselors. Find exactly what you need the first time you search.
- A searchable online Member Directory: The association has grown to more than 11,000 members and the online directory features improved search capabilities for organizations and individuals, demographic criteria. A directory of independent counselors is also available to help students and parents locate assistance in their region.
… and introducing The Knowledge Center, a web-based library where NACAC members can take advantage of the resources NACAC has collected on a variety of relevant sub-groups, like admission, counseling, financing college, and professional ethics. Materials in the Knowledge Center range from submissions written by secondary and post-secondary counseling professionals to publications. Categorized gateways guide NACAC members to materials like financial aid tip sheets, counselor-oriented ethics training modules, articles on admission trends, issue briefs on relevant governmental policy initiatives, and much more.
