Addis Service from the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). The award recognizes a long-time, respected leader of NACAC who has provided the association with unique and outstanding service and has been committed to ensuring ethical practices.
Monte was recognized for his dedication to promoting fairness, responsibility and ethical practices in the college admission process. He has worked at Albert Einstein High School since it opened in 1964 and established the school's College and Career Center. Monte is a former president of Potomac and Chesapeake Association for College Admission Counseling (PCACAC) and NACAC president. He currently is a member of the PCACAC Admission Practices Committee.
